An enterprise consumer portal with personalised dashboards, live data and full accessibility compliance.

The brief

Customers needed one place to see their own data and act on it, and the business needed that place to be usable by everyone, including people on assistive technology.

What I built

Personalised dashboards and real-time data feeds in Lightning Web Components.
Backend integrations for dynamic profile management and automated internal workflows.
AI-driven analytics on top of the same data.
Accessibility compliance across every screen.

I led the UX research and customer journey mapping, then designed the portal in Figma and Adobe XD before building it.
